By accessing or placing an order on Al MD-Mart(www.almdmart.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

Users of all ages are welcome to use Al MD-Mart. However, if you are under 18, we recommend using the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you agree to comply with the laws of Bangladesh regarding online transactions and conduct.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at almdmart@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
• Al MD-Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Al MD-Mart reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

• Availability: Products marked "In Stock" are subject to availability. In the rare event of stock-out we will notify you promptly.
• Product images: Colours and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We will confirm your order via SMS or email. Accepted payment methods include:

• bKash & Nagad (Mobile Banking)
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile)
• Visa / Mastercard / American Express
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select areas

Al MD-Mart does not store full card details; all card transactions are handled by our certified payment gateway partners.

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: may take up to 7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp (+8809644553855) or email. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead.

All content on Al MD-Mart — including logos, product images, text, and software — is the property of Al MD-Mart or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act of Bangladesh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Al MD-Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Al MD-Mart after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
