Return Approval

Our support team reviews your request within 24 hours and sends a return authorisation with instructions on how to send the item back.

Ship the Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any courier branch. Return shipping cost is covered by Al MD-Mart for eligible claims.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank card, etc.).

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation SMS or email).

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item or incorrect size/colour delivered.
  • Product is significantly different from the description.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories listed on the page.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, fresh produce).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or health/hygiene products (once opened or used).
  • Digital downloads or vouchers once redeemed.
  • Items on final sale or marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the buyer.

4. Exchange

If you received the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange it for the correct variant at no extra cost (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days and we will arrange the swap alongside the return shipment.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Al MD-Mart covers all return shipping costs. If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind), a nominal return shipping fee may apply.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline, please:

  • Check your bKash / bank account or card statement.
  • Contact your bank or mobile banking provider — there is often a processing delay on their end.
  • If you still have not received the refund, email almdmart@gmail.com with your order details.
